Your First Visit to Our Rotorua Practice

You will be warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Help is on its way!

New patients often remark how “homey” our office is. That’s good, because our goal is to offer state-of-the-art chiropractic care in a comfortable surrounding.

Make Yourself at Home

You’ll find plenty of convenient parking and a well-lit parking lot. You’ll be greeted by name when you enter our office, offered a cup of tea and given a short tour to get you acquainted with our facilities.

If you’ve already completed your admitting paperwork, great! If not, after doing so we’ll likely show you a short 5-minute video and then you’ll meet one of our Chiropractors.

If you have young children we have toy boxes in every room of the practice. We even have a baby change table and all the associated bits & pieces you could possibly need.

We Explain Everything First

The purpose of your consultation with the doctor is to discuss your health goals and see if chiropractic is likely to help you. If it looks promising, a thorough examination including X-rays (if necessary) at our on-site facilities will help identify the cause of your problem. All up you will probably be in the office for approximately one hour (adult) or thirty to forty-five minutes (baby or child).

It's your health! We want to help you lead as active and healthy life as you possibly can. That's why we make sure you understand what we are doing and why!

On your Second Visit we will review all of the exam findings from todays initial visit.

Your Chiropractor Asks some important questions of interest to Rotorua residents - Chiropractor Rotorua Your Chiropractor Asks...

Why does chiropractic work?
Chiropractic works because your nervous system, consisting of your brain, spinal cord and all the nerves of your body, controls and regulates every cell, tissue, organ and system of your body. A chiropractor locates and reduces areas of nervous system compromise (usually along the spine) so your capacity to heal is restored. Chiropractic works by helping your body work as it was designed.
What are the two things drugs do?
Drugs can either speed up (laxatives, amphetamines, caffeine) a bodily process, or slow down (stomach antacids, sleep aids, antihistamines, muscle relaxers) a bodily process. Chiropractic care can produce the same results, but relies on the intelligence of the body. Chiropractors trust your body. Do you?
